Scottish Opera in the Hebrides

Scottish Opera recently visited the Isle of Lewis as part of a 17-date tour of the country, performing Donizetti’s comic opera L’Elisir d’Amore (The Elixir of Love) to a very appreciative audience in An Lanntair’s arts centre in Stornoway.

I accompanied the cast and crew on a trip to the West Side of Lewis / Callanish Stones before their evening performance, and some of my images were used in an article in Opera Now magazine.
